Manual Stainer

For use in histological or cytological staining. Providing simultaneous use of up to 12 solution wells. Each well is deep enough to permit total immersion of 1" to 3" slides. Stamped metal frame is solvent-resistant, with snap locking cover that prevents spills. Includes 10 white and 2 green solvent-resistant staining dishes with tight fitting lids to help eliminate evaporation. Racks are sold separately.

Optic Mount II

Optic Mount II™ can be used for sections from tissues embedded in hydrocarbon based waxes and stained with aqueous stains. It can also be used to coverslip non-paraffin embedded sections of tissues and stained with aqueous stains. It is used as a pre-mounting medium for tissue sections, cell spreads, cytospins or tissue imprints stained with water-based stains.
