Pricing:

Pacific Southwest Lab Equipment Inc. reserves the right to charge for products based on current
price at the time of shipment. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Payments:

For customers with established accounts, payment terms are Net 30 days from date of shipment.
Products remain the property of Pacific Southwest Lab Equipment Inc. until paid in full. Master
Card, Visa and Discover are accepted. To establish an account call our customer service
department at 760-295-1842.

Loss or Damage:

Damaged goods or quantity discrepancies must be reported to the freight carrier upon receipt
and reported to Pacific Southwest Lab Equipment Inc. within 5 days of receipt of shipment.

Returns:

A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained from Pacific Southwest Lab
Equipment Inc. prior to the return of any goods or merchandise.

Pacific Southwest Lab Equipment Inc. reserves the right to apply up to a 20% restocking fee for products returned for
reasons other than product defect.
